北京金隅八達嶺智選假日酒店 (Holiday Inn Express Beijing Badaling)

為了帶毛孩子一起，專門定的寵物房，在一層有個小院，一共定了2間，兩個院子之間的門可以打開，相當於擁有了一間帶院子的套房。寵物房提供了寵物墊子和飯碗，還有玩具，小久玩著睡著都特別嗨。因為帶小院有門，出門也很方便，娃和狗🐶都非常開心，下次來還住一層😄

這家酒店是我們家每年帶娃必去的寶藏酒店！最吸引我們的就是那裡溫暖乾淨的溫泉，今年7月已經變成湯泉啦，不過孩子超級喜歡，每年來泡一泡特別放鬆。另外必須表揚前台的小趙，服務始終熱情周到，從入住到離店都讓人感覺特別溫暖親切，是親子游的絕佳選擇，強烈推薦！ 對了，訂單裡送了餐費100元去中餐廳味道也不錯，吃喝玩樂一體，性價比絕佳！已經推薦給我的好朋友，下次相約一起來

The Holiday Inn Express was a beautiful, clean hotel. However, we went there for family fun, and though we did have a great time, the hotel uploaded pictures and descriptions were not accurate. I have two complaints. 1) The hotel uploaded pictures are of nearby facilities, and are in accurate. The children’s playroom and outdoor playground are at the next door hotel (Crown Plaza). The pictures are also inaccurate- the playground equipment is either broken or boarded up and not useable. Machines in the game room were unplugged. The swimming pool - the regular swimming pool is available for use, but the fun kids pool is attached to the nearby Muyun hot springs for an additional fee. Though our kids had fun, only one (of the many other) water toys was working. The others were not used. There is another very cool looking play facility advertised, but that is also for an additional fee. 2) The service staff were clueless and not helpful I showed them pictures that their hotel uploaded and they responded with “What? Where is that?” After lots of explaining, they said everything was next door and that EVERYTHING needed a fee. Swimming pool: first they said it needed a fee. They said it was 300 per person. I asked if there was a voucher or discount since we stayed at their hotel and they said no. After further discussion, they said the simple swimming pool was free. When we went to the swimming pool, they said it wasn’t free. After lots of discussion and phone calls, while my 3 and 5 year old waited, we got in for free. The next day, I looked on dianping and could get tickets to the hot spring for 250, but when I talked to the Crown Royal, they gave it to us for 180 each. No help from the Holiday Inn Express. Play facilities - initially, they asked where it was? Then they said that everything had extra fees. Then they said some of it was free. They were unhelpful. Children’s club at holiday inn. It is a conference table on floor 2, where there are some children books on a shelf only adults could reach and one toy rhino. That is all they had. We did have a lovely stay - the room was clean and comfortable- and the photos of the room with the tree house were accurate. My kids loved the tree house in the room. Everything else was difficult and unclear.

環境與位置：酒店位於度假區內，周邊環境優美，空 氣清新，配套有免費公園、大湖及綠化良好的園區。地理位置便利，距景點和萬達廣場較近，適合自駕遊客。 親子設施：酒店非常適閤家庭出行 房間整體乾淨整潔，衞生狀況良好。床鋪舒適。 共享設施與早餐：酒店與旁邊的高端品牌酒店 共享部分設施，例如溫泉和小童遊樂場。早餐升級 至皇冠酒店用餐的體驗成為一大亮點。

已經不知道第幾次入住八達嶺金隅智選假日酒店，一如既往的賓至如歸。到店後房間還沒打掃好，Justin主動幫我們協調，儘快辦理入住，並且安排了臨近房間，非常貼心！ 酒店在延慶城區邊上，出行方便，和八達嶺皇冠假日酒店同屬一個大院，並且有很多娛樂設施。房間雖不算大但佈局合理，床很舒適，還配備了小冰箱，很貼心。

衞生堪憂、服務敷衍，完全不符合品牌標準 入住時發現衞生間馬桶內有明顯未清理的頭髮，立刻聯繫前台，對方語氣很平淡，衹是敷衍地説“找阿姨給你清理一下”，全程沒有任何歉意，彷彿這是理所當然的事。更離譜的是，晚上洗澡時打開浴巾，竟然發現上面有不明汙漬，看起來像是發黴或殘留的汙垢，讓人瞬間沒了洗澡的慾望！再次聯繫前台，換浴巾的阿姨也衹是機械地更換，全程冷漠，連一句“抱歉”都沒有。 作IGH旗下品牌，本以為會注重細節和服務品質，結果衞生管理如此鬆懈，服務態度更是敷衍至極！難道掛個Holiday Inn Express就可以降低標準？這樣的體驗，完全不值這個價位，以後絕不會再選擇這家酒店，也不會推薦給任何人！

特別好，庭院的房型可以專門設有寵物的需求，好感加倍，出行更加愉快，前台服務也很貼心，負責，hawk服務非常好，認真，專業，果斷好評！

這地方還真不錯！週末輕旅行帶娃很好！溫泉也不錯！彩虹滑道很開心！樹屋小孩很喜歡爬上爬下的！ 前台主管Justin和nathan服務很不錯。唯一就是溫泉餐廳吃的種類太少了，希望可以改善

回延慶老家遊玩多次入住的酒店，在度假村園區裡面非常安靜。溫泉和小童遊樂設施都是跟皇冠共享的，價格比皇冠便宜。早餐也很豐富。服務人員很熱情。非常推薦！
